Tabata Bike Sprints for Serious Conditioning

Happy Monday!

I just wrapped up a training session in my basement this morning. I did a 4 exercise kettlebell complex:

10 1-Arm Swings
5 Clean & Press
5 Snatch
5 High Pull

This was completed on my right arm then my left.

After I did that, I hit the spin bike for some Tabata sprints to finish up. This was brutal. With the Tabatas you work for 20 seconds then rest for 10 seconds for a total of 4 minutes. Here’s just a few rounds of that conditioning training.
