Welcome back to Jay’s training progress here at Durbrow Performance.
I put together a pretty tough training program for Jay’s first phase but I knew he could handle it. It was three days of full body strength training with movements like:
Dead Lifts
Inverted Rows
Overhead Pressing
Push Ups
Bulgarian Split Squats
Kettlebell Swings
Stability Core Training
We also had two days of conditioning with a focus on shorter workouts working an interval style of training.
Jay absolutely crushed his first week. He started at 233 and dropped 10 pounds after the first 7 days. Check it out.
