Cambridge Personal Trainer Kettlebell Strength Complex
Here’s an awesome, intense and short kettlebell training complex that you can do virtually anywhere.
The idea behind this complex is to choose 2 bells and perform 4 exercises back to back in a flowing sequence.
You want to shoot for anywhere between 5-10 reps of each exercise. In this video I’m hitting 5 reps as a demonstration using a pretty light weight just to show you how it’s done. Normally you’ll want to push the weight to really challenge your energy systems and core strength.
Perform 5-10 reps of each exercise and then shoot for 4-5 rounds with 60 to 90 seconds rest between rounds.
