Personal Training in Somerville: Pull Ups for Upper Body Strength

Pull ups are one of my favorite upper body exercises and recently we constructed The Rig at our gym. This allows us to do pull up of all variations and our clients are getting stronger, fitter and their posture is improving.

Here’s a quick video of one of our group training clients busting out a clean set of 5 reps on his chin ups during a strength and conditioning circuit.
