Cambridge Personal Training with Kettlebells
I wanted to show you how you can get a killer training session in in less than 20 minutes.
You can do this a number of ways. You can create a body weight circuit, a dumbbell circuit or you could do a sprint workout.
One of my favorite training sessions is done with kettlebells. There are a ton of ways to structure your kettlebell training session but I just wanted to show you a quick workout that we did a few weeks ago.
Kettlebells give you a great workout because they utilize pretty much every muscle in your body, they require core strength and balance and they are just pretty much bad ass and hard.
I usually string together 4-6 kettlebell movements and create a huge conditioning and strength circuit.

The Turkish kettle bell exercise is my favorite. We haven’t done it in a while I don’t think.
