You want to be weary of the bottled marinades as they contain a ton of sugar.

- 1/4 cup fresh juice from an orange
- 1/4 cup liquid aminos (soy sauce substitute)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- A dash of garlic, sea salt, pepper and oregano
