Cambridge Fitness Boot Camp- Dead Lifts and Box Jumps

Hey what’s up! I hope your week is kicking a$$. So far we’ve had some great boot camp workouts and everyone is really working hard. That’s the bottom line….hard work gets you results. If your workouts have been mediocre then it’s time to step it up. I’m not saying kill yourself with every workout but make sure you are working at a high level, training your entire body and keeping really excellent form.

I’ve been ramping up my workouts over the last few weeks and I’ve been making sure I get 2 days of heavy conditioning outside with the Prowler, the Ropes and some Kettlebells. Yesterday was a lifting workout for me- I did 3 exercises but I went pretty heavy and focused on 5 clean sets. I wanted to show you a sneak peak of my session- this one is some deficit dead lifts (which just force a bigger range of motion and also really challenge the hamstrings) and then right into a depth jump and box jump. The boxes weren’t quite high enough but I made it work.
