Somerville Training Weekly Technique: Single Leg Squats
Single leg squats are one of the best lower body movements to engage the glutes, quads, hamstrings and core.
This exercise pushes athletic movement, balance and strength but only if done correctly. Starting on a bench is perfect for most people and then you can progress by using an 18″ or 12″ box.
