I totally get it. I spent much of the end of 2015 feeling “stuck.” I had a great business, I was newly married and surrounded by fantastic friends and family. I was enjoying time with my new nephew.

Everything was great.

Except that it wasn’t. I was constantly in a state that looked something like this:

Have a feeling –> Ignore and stuff that feeling (because it was uncomfortable) –> Anxiety –> Fear –> Anger for feeling this way when everything was supposed to be “good”

I thought something was wrong with me. I wasn’t sleeping. I was secluding myself socially. I was retreating into things that were easy for me- work, working out, scrolling social media.

These were my major forms of sedation. The thing about the workouts, you may think that would be a healthy thing to divert my energy. It was, except that I had no goals and I was just going through the motions.

This led me to feel more pissed off.

I knew something needed to change, I knew I was capable of more, but I just didn’t know *exactly* what that meant.

I just knew that I needed to take action. I had always had a coach- for sports and then for business when I first opened DPT.

I was at the point where I needed a coach who would see in me exactly what I couldn’t see in myself. I needed targets, outcomes that were meaningful and a renewed sense of passion. How would I get there?

And the ultimate weapon- putting myself into power every single day so that I can create the life that I want, show up for myself and absolutely smash out of the dreaded “stuck” place.

We all go through this and the women that I’ve talked to- they train hard, they have great lives, relationships and feel like everything should be great.

There is guilt, shame and fear around why they don’t feel like their true selves.

That’s exactly what the Level Up Bad Ass Program is.

It’s 60 days to true power creation.

You will create clarity, purpose and power.

You will SHOW UP for yourself in a way that you have not before.

It all sounds a little nebulous, I know. I get it.

Creating a more powerful version of yourself does not require “more” information or stuff. It requires aggressive accountability, coaching, vision and group support.

But sometimes you need a nudge (or a big giant push) and a plan. You need someone to see what you can’t because you’re stuck in your own personal loop of sabotage.

It’s time to stop looking standing at the bottom of the mountain, trying to figure out what’s over the other side. It’s time to take the massive leap and start climbing and just trust your gut.

We use training as the foundation and the vehicle for change, but it doesn’t stop there.

Every week we have two check points.

1). A weekly group coaching call
2). A private, bad ass training session working and training directly with Callie and the rest of the crew

 

The physical training is the foundation of this program. Getting strong improves every area of your life. During this training we will focus on your 30 and 60 day outcomes. Whether you want to get your first unassisted Chin Up, flip the #350 tire or Dead Lift your body weight- these bad ass sessions will build your confidence and push you outside your limits. Training directly with me will push you and break through the traditional constructs of what you think your body can do.

Program Details:

You’ll come out of this program a new version of yourself. Think of this as climbing a mountain. You are not entirely sure of what’s at the top or on the other side, but you have the faith that taking a small step, one at a time, will get you there.
