How to Thrive in Your Fitness Training Results

I heard a quote the other day that really stuck with me.

“You can’t access thrive when you are hiding out in survive.”
Take a minute to just think about that.
What are you doing in your life to thrive?
How many aspects of your life are you just hanging out in survive?
If you’re being honest with yourself, these questions may piss you off a little bit.
When we spend too much time just passing through life and just going about the daily grind, not really getting out of our comfort zone, how the hell are we going to get any better?
Think about the last 3-4 days. What did you do during that time to make yourself better?
I hope you have a few things on the list.
If not, look at what you do on a daily basis and what you could do to move yourself into THRIVE and out of SURVIVE.
