A few weeks ago I wrote an article for EliteFTS where I spoke about workout finishers. Finishers are just that, a series of exercises at the end of your training session to ramp up your conditioning, increase your overall calorie burn and allow your body to crank up the fat loss potential.
The important thing to remember about a workout finisher is that you can’t do this after you just trashed yourself in a seriously metabolic training session. These are best done after a primarily strength based training session.
