A Cambridge personal training workout post by Callie Durbrow
I hope that you’re having a great week. It’s been a few days since I’ve written and it seems kind of weird, normally I like to write 1-2 times per week and really get some good quality information out for you. It’s also kind of fun for me, I’ve always enjoyed writing. Funny story when I was home in Vermont for a wedding this past weekend my friends were reminding me how I was the editor of the school paper at our high school. I actually totally forgot about that but that was what I wanted to do for my career. Lucky for you I didn’t 🙂
So last weekend I was in Vermont for a wedding of one of my very best friends, Karen. I spoke about this in a previous blog post along with some other things that I was really grateful for. This was an amazing wedding and it was very emotional for all of us. See, Karen lost her dad when we were in our first year of college and so her older brother has been her father figure, if you will. When we saw Jay walk Karen down the aisle, all of the bridesmaids and people close to them just lost it. Same for the dance that is traditionally a father/daughter dance. Jay and Karen danced together while Jay’s wife sang. It was really touching and the whole weekend was lots of fun.
The day before I went though, we had a pretty kick a$$ Prowler workout and I wanted to show you that. These are some of our longest standing members and we just wanted to have a little fun. I wouldn’t recommend doing this for just anyone but check this out and see what you think…..
