Hey, Happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend. Today I’m sitting outside on my back porch looking out at the golf course and doing some business stuff. First I wanted to send along this blog post that I wrote because I hope that it will get your week off to a great start.
Just a little bit of perspective for you and 39 ways that I feel have helped me to focus on what’s important and not get bogged down by the overload of information out there today. Whether it’s fitness, business, family or whatever you want to be successful and improve upon, you need to know exactly how to get there.
So, check out my 39 ways to look, feel and be better….
Write down your goals and look at them in the morning and before bed
Do something each day that takes you out of your comfort zone
Be ruthless with your time
Sleep on nice sheets
Swing a kettlebell
Push a Prowler
Work out with people stronger and more fit than you
Work out with other people, period
When your first response is to say “I can’t”, think about why you’re really saying that and most likely you can, you just don’t want to because it’s uncomfortable
Enjoy a cheat meal every week. If you are really lean you can get away with a whole cheat day
Decide what your perfect day would be and work to get closer to that every day
If you hate your job, quit. Yes it can be done
Make time for family and friends
Don’t just live for the weekends, make every day a great one
Make one person smile every day
Sing in the car
If you want to get nice arms, do push ups and pull ups
You don’t get bulky from lifting weights, you get bulky from staying fat
Don’t be afraid to ask for help
