The Top Three Things Our Most Consistent Clients Do to Get Results

At DPT we work with busy parents and professionals whose life is NOT exercise.

They have regular, busy lives outside of the gym.

Results don’t necessarily mean numbers or weight loss results. 

Sometimes that’s the byproduct but the main thing our clients get really good at is being consistent with exercise as a part of their lives.

Here are the three things that our most consistent clients do.

1). They schedule their workouts. Just like an appointment. It goes on the calendar. 

Many people even stick to the exact same days and times every week. 

2). They aim to up their weights every week. Not on every exercise, but they’re always trying to make some type of progress that day.

3). They work out with their friends. Not people they already knew, they’ve MADE gym friends. 

When you come into a place where you can have fun and work hard with friends, it makes exercise less of a chore. 

There are so many other successful habits our clients have, ‘cause they are bad asses, but these are three that stand out as consistent themes.
