Somerville Personal Training Ring Push Ups

I’ve been experimenting over the last few weeks with some purely strength based training sessions.

For a few months I was rocking some serious fat loss circuits, barbell complexes and sprints. I’m feeling really good about my fat loss and it’s time to get back into some strength- big lifts and heavy work.

Right now I’m working on a 5 day training cycle- two days upper body, two days lower body and one day of conditioning. The 6th day is some yoga and then a rest day.

The other day I was working a heavy upper body session with pull ups and some ring push ups with chains. Here’s a quick video of my weighted push ups.
