Today’s training session was a lot of unilateral work. Here’s a look at what we did:
5 Sets:
- Bulgarian Split Squat x10 reps/leg
- 1-Arm DB Push Press x5 reps/side
- TRX Fly x10 reps
- Valslide Alternating Ab Tuck (weighted if possible) x10 reps/side
- Sandbag or Heavy Med Ball Shouldering x3 reps/side
