Shoulder mobility is key for anyone who’s doing any kind of strength training. It helps improve your pressing ability, your range and endurance during Push Ups and can also reduce any general pain or impingement in that shoulder joint.
This does not mean going after the shoulder directly. Most of the time the root cause is coming from an area above or below the actual joint. In this video we break down how you can mobilize and “smash” your lats (mid back) to improve shoulder mobility, health and reduce pain.
