This is an AWESOME stretch to help alleviate pain (not an injury….usually) we have in the front of our shoulder.
This is usually caused by the bicep(and then tendon which attaches at the front of the shoulder) doing too much work. Very common issue to have when first starting training or when doing a lot of pressing.
Boy does this feel good!
