What is your hometown? I live in Tyngsboro, but my hometown is Charlestown.
What brought you to DPT? The lovely Ms Wendy
How long have you been training with us? About 6 months
What do you do in the “real world?” (job, family, pets, etc) I own and operate a construction company. I recently started a second business media blasting. I have two kids Emilio and Isabella. I have a dog Roxy.
What is one fun fact that most people don’t know about you? I can fly.
What is your favorite exercise and why? Pulling the sled.
What is your biggest gym achievement so far? Surviving.
What inspires and motivates you? I am on a quest for abs.
