Here at Durbrow Performance Training we are closely monitoring information related to COVID-19. We are committed to the health and safety of our members, staff, their families and our community. We understand that in the midst of this difficult time you may have questions. This information may help you decide if in-person coaching and training is right for you right now. We respect your decisions and your health and safety is our top priority.

What WE Are Doing

Based on recommendations developed by the CDC and the World Health Organization (WHO), alongside local health policy recommendations, the following precautions are in place to minimize the risk to all members and staff:

  • We have hospital grade sanitizers and cleaners
  • The facilities will be cleaned after every class and fully sanitized and cleaned at the end of each day using proper protocols approved by medical professionals
  • We have placed sanitizing stations at the front entrance and throughout the gym
  • All doors will be open to eliminate touching of handles
  • We have installed touchless soap dispensers and sinks
  • All members will be screened and will have a touchless temperature taken before entering the facility
  • Each member will have an 8’x8’ training pod with their own equipment
  • No sharing of equipment
  • All equipment will be sanitized before and after each class
  • We are limiting the number of participants in each class to ensure proper spacing and social distancing
  • All staff and coaches will wear N95, KN95 or the equivalent mask at all points when interacting with members
  • We have eliminated all sign in measures and shared writing tools
  • Any staff member who is sick will be required to stay home

What We Are Asking YOU To Do

We ask that all members adhere to the Centers for Disease Control recommendations:

  • Wash your hands for a minimum of 20 seconds before and after your training session
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth
  • Stay home when you are sick

  • Please wear a mask to your session
  • If you have been exposed to someone with coronavirus, have a fever, dry cough, or feel sick, please be considerate of other community members and stay home until the 14 day incubation period is met. Or, until you have confirmed with your Doctor that you are clear of any risk.

Some additional steps:

  • Bring a separate pair of shoes and change before entering the facility
  • Change and use the restroom prior to coming to the gym, if at all possible
