Congratulations to our March Client of the Month in Somerville: Nicole Werther!

  1. What is your hometown? I was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. Go Cardinals!

  2. What brought you to DPT? I was looking for a gym that would really motivate me to workout. I had been really involved in Stroller Strides, but then the local franchise ended and I found myself with nowhere convenient to workout. Tons of other moms in Moms of Camberville kept posted about DPT and what an amazing community it is, so I decided to go for it. I’m so glad I did!

  3. How long have you been training with us? One year and a few months.

  4. What do you do in the “real world?” (job, family, pets, etc) I’m a early childhood educator, but I’ve been home with my kids since my daughter was born.

  5. What is one fun fact that most people don’t know about you?  I sing with the Back Bay Chorale! In case you’re curious, I’m a first soprano. You guys should all come to our next concert. 😉

  6. What is your favorite exercise and why? I really like sprinting and push-ups because I do these things decently well. Other exercises have totally grown on me though. I don’t hate burpees anymore.

  7. What is your biggest gym achievement so far?  I just achieved perfect attendance for one whole year at DPT! Never in my life have I worked out so consistently, so I’m pretty proud of myself.

  8. What inspires and motivates you? Well, my father had a stroke when I was in college, and I’ve seen other family members have health issues that may not exist if they exercised and ate healthy. These things really made me pay attention to my own health. I have two little kids and I want to be healthy and around for them until I’m an old lady.

  9. What would you say to someone who is thinking about joining or who has just joined DPT? I’d say you should definitely come check it out. This community is so supportive of everyone, no matter what shape you’re in. It really is like a family, and I actually look forward to my workouts. Come, join us!
