What is one fun fact that most people don’t know about you? I was in a marching band growing up and took Irish step dancing (not very good

What is your favorite exercise and why? Anything to do with kettlebells because it’s an arm and leg workout combined.

What is your biggest gym achievement so far? Not injuring myself (lol), being able to do more than a two minute plank.

What inspires and motivates you? Becoming more fit.

What would you say to someone who is thinking about joining or who has just joined DPT? Try it out you’ll love it! The people and the trainers here are fantastic. The hardest part is walking through the door.
