A Cambridge Personal Training post by Callie Durbrow
Congratulations to the Durbrow Performance Training Client of the Month for May- Mary Gleason. Mary has been training with us since March and since then she has lost over 10 pounds of body fat and has been losing inches every single week. This is no surprise though since Mary has been one of our most dedicated clients ever since she joined.
She trains 3 days per week and also attends the Spartan Class on Friday mornings. Mary used to be a huge cardio junkie and has now discovered the benefits of strength and interval training to reshape and tone her entire body without focusing completely on the number on the scale.
