A Cambridge personal training post by Callie Durbrow
It’s that time again, the beginning of the month brings about another round of decisions for me; choosing the client of the month for Durbrow Performance Training is always tough because we have such a great group of individuals, all working hard to get into amazing shape and make the ultimate lifestyle change.
For the month of January, the black t-shirt goes to Jennifer Glanville. Jennifer has been training with Durbrow Performance since 2009 and has been one of the most dedicated clients we’ve ever had.
Jennifer has a very busy travel schedule but always manages to get to our training sessions twice, three, or even FOUR times per week. She has lost over 8% body fat and has shown tremendous discipline to get in workouts on her own several days per week as well.
Along with being super motivated, Jennifer is always there with a great attitude, is welcoming to new clients and has the ability to make everyone feel comfortable. Even when she “hates” a new exercise she’ll give it 100%. 🙂
