A huge congratulations to the Durbrow Performance Training Client of the Month….Jim Conley!
Jim has been training with us since February and he came into the program with some really specific goals. He wanted to improve his eating, lose some body fat and put on some muscle especially in his upper body.
In Jim’s first 6 week measurement update the numbers showed that he did just that and more. Jim lost 7 pounds and 10 pounds of body fat. This measurement gave us the great news that he did in fact lose FAT and gain MUSCLE just like he wanted. He has also improved his eating habits tremendously, giving him more energy and improving his workouts
Jim is a great addition to our team, he’s always one of the hardest workers in the gym and comes in with a great attitude and sense of humor. We can’t wait to see what the upcoming months bring for Jim!
