Join us on Saturday 3/28 at 10am for a Self Defense and Boxing 101 workshop and workout with Chris Belloste from CB Fit.
You’ll learn the basics of self defense plus some boxing and footwork combos.
Chris will be bringing pads, gloves and other boxing equipment so you can work out some stress and get your sweat on!
$20 admission. This is open to DPT members and non-members as well.
