did this workout with some modifications this morning because i don’t have the tool you were using. Exercise is so much more manageable when you find exercises to do that will get your heart rate up and build muscle in under 10 minutes per session. makes it really easy to squeeze in a workout first thing in the am, on a lunch break and right after work…or even while listening to a conference call at work! thanks Callie ๐
ReplyHi Callie, I just saw your email and this message. Well, the Friday song is funny although it may sound wack. It kinda wears on you after listening to it for a while. As for working out. I have been unable to due to illness and pain. So I guess you can say I’m a wimp or that my body is wimping out on me big time! ๐
