Its crazy how much i have cut out bread over the last 8 months! i just never even buy it anymore, or really think about it, the meals i create are centered around other things, before it used to be the “sandwich” for lunch attitude cause i feel like thats how were so engrained to think.
Also, i just cut wheat products, caffeine, dairy, and sugars from my diet for 10 days, and really all that i missed was the coffee, but i feel like a million bucks after that.
I cant agree with you more in this video!
