Hey hey, welcome back to our Cambridge personal training 30 day fat loss challenge. Here on day #7 I want to give you a really fast, really healthy and actually tastes good breakfast smoothie.
This is what I do every morning and it’s so simple. See, I like to sleep so I give myself exactly 20 minutes to get out the door in the morning. The routine is down; make a smoothie, watch the news while I drink it, wash my face/brush teeth/put contacts in and get dressed, then I start my car for a few minutes to get it warmed up then I’m out the door. It’s pretty cool that I can wear sweatpants and shorts to work every day but anyway….
The point is that most people don’t like to make a huge breakfast in the morning, and some people don’t even eat breakfast (I know that’s not you, right?)
So, the solution to this is that you can make a great meal right in your blender. You may think some of the ingredients are sort of weird but trust me on this one…..
