You’re Doing Okay

The last few weeks were really rough for me.

If you’ve been reading my emails for a bit, you know that I’ve been working on myself

I got away from all the “eat right and work out” stuff because frankly, it works but if you have shit going on, it only works for so long

Anyway, I had a little time over the past few weeks that straight up SUCKED
I felt myself slipping back into old habits

Once I got myself back into my “good” habits

(meditation, sleeping enough, spending time with people I love)

I could see the difference

What snapped me back?
Being around people that CARE

My fiance, my best friend, my team and my clients

Then I realized that a lot of people don’t have that positive place that can pull them back when things are tough

I wanted to let you know that you’re doing okay

Maybe things aren’t exactly where you want them to be….

But give yourself some compassion

Don’t be so hard on yourself

With that said, do you have a positive environment that allows you to grow?

Do you have people telling you that you straight up kick ass?

Are you able to straight up kick ass, or do you feel stuck?

So, if you’re feeling not-so-okay….now is your time. Find a person or a group that can be compassionate, be open to your struggle and to help you through it.
