We don't work with everyone

Because we’re ultimately so passionate about helping women in their 30‘s end their struggle with weight loss and lack of confidence, we don’t work with everyone. Our program is much different than the typical gym or boot camp that you’ll go to.

Because we invest ourselves in helping you not only lose weight but also develop a new confidence, skyrocket your 

energy and help you understand that you deserve MORE, we only work with women who are committed to change. This doesn’t mean that you are already in shape, or already know a lot. We don’t care about that. We only care that you can raise your hand and say “yes, I know I need some guidance and I’m ready to listen and work.” If that sounds like you, then you might be a good fit to work with us.

This selective process only helps you because then you are guaranteed to get the most out of the program and truly see the change in you. We have helped hundreds of local women develop a happier, healthier outlook on their life. They lose a bunch of weight of course, but we push them to go deeper than that. Most women see an average of 5-7 pounds in the first month. Combining that with our nutrition coaching, women will double their results, losing at least 10 pounds of stubborn fat.
