Weekly Technique Training: Barbell Glute Bridges (aka building the booty)
In this week’s training and technique video we dive into the Barbell Glute Bridge- one of the best exercises to build strength and shape in your glutes- aka the booty.
This exercise can be done in a BB Hip Thruster fashion where your shoulders are elevated on a bench. The Glute Bridge floor version allows you to take some pressure off your back and really isolate the posterior chain (hamstrings and glutes).
