Two Body Weight Workouts to Kick Start the New Year

Here are two great body weight workouts you can literally do anywhere…

(I’m on a Parks and Rec binge on Netflix and every time I say “literally” all I can hear is Chris Traeger….anyone?)

But back to the workouts. Here are two simple and awesome body weight workouts from our bad-ass head trainer, Emily.

Workout #1-
5 Rounds
12 Reps Each

Mountain Climbers (12/leg)

Sprinter Sit-ups

Triceps-dips

Spiderman Push-ups

Burpees

Step-ups

Workout #2-
4 Rounds (a little more intense)

25 Reps of each:

Jump Squats

Push Ups

Lunge Jumps

Plank Ups

Reverse Sit-ups
