Ramp This Up and Lose Weight

Yo!

On Monday I was telling you there are six things you need to start doing ASAP to lose weight and just be freakin’ awesome.
The first thing I wanted you to focus on was sleep.
#2 coming at you today, it’s veggies.
I want you to get in 4 vegetables before dinner.
You can do this with a big salad at lunch, some sliced peppers and cucumbers as a snack with some almonds and some spinach in your morning shake.
This is a simple tip but veggies are great for fiber, they’ll help keep you full, give you a great boost of vitamins and you’ll just feel damn good.
4 veggies before dinner. Go!
