Durbrow Performance Training April Client of the Month: Liz Graham-Meredith
Congratulations to our April 2014 Client of the Month, Liz Graham-Meredith!
Liz has been training at DP since July of 2011 and there have been many months that she deserved this award but this month was above and beyond all of her previous efforts.
Liz is one of those people that you just instantly love being around. She’s got a great ability to push herself during the workouts but still have fun and give others encouragement along the way. Depending on the day there’s also time for a quick “that’s what she said” joke, usually at my expense 🙂
Liz has always worked extremely hard in the gym and her results have shown that. In the last 8 weeks she has lost 6 pounds of fat and gained 2 pounds of muscle. She has also lost 7 inches overall.
She’ll be the first to admit that her nutrition was not always on point, but since joining the nutrition program her results have skyrocketed in not only body composition but overall energy and confidence.
With the increased energy she’s able to push herself more during each session. Liz has improved her overall strength, especially on the upper body exercises and single leg squats and lunges.
Liz is absolutely deserving of this award and has been an amazing part of our training family.
