Somerville Fitness Training Workout Journal: 8/20/13

Today’s training session was a lot of unilateral work. Here’s a look at what we did:

5 Sets:

  • Bulgarian Split Squat x10 reps/leg
  • 1-Arm DB Push Press x5 reps/side
  • TRX Fly x10 reps
  • Valslide Alternating Ab Tuck (weighted if possible) x10 reps/side
  • Sandbag or Heavy Med Ball Shouldering x3 reps/side
