I’m in the business of getting people in shape. It kills me when I go to the gym and see folks plugging away on the cardio machines or performing really isolated exercises that don’t burn any fat.
In my 3 in 1 fat loss formula workouts, we focus on incorporating body toning strength training, fat melting cardio training and stomach tightening core training all in one workout.
The reason for this is that we want to engage all major muscles and create a metabolic effect in the body, which will burn way more calories than isolated movements like leg curls or tricep extensions.
In our personal training Cambridge boot camp workouts we focus on that. This gives us a really short, intense and fun workout that guarantees results.
