October 14th Strength Training Session

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

On Sunday I hit up a basement training session. This is pretty typical for me. I like to get up kinda early and get my training session in then relax for the day.

 

Over the last 4-5 weeks I’ve been working tempo into all of my sessions. Each exercise has an eccentric portion (usually the lowering phase) and for that I’ve been working 4 seconds down to keep tension on the muscles.

On this particular session here’s what I did:

A1. Barbell Front Squat 4×6
A2. DB Flat Bench Press 4×6

B1. DB Walking Lunges 4×20
B2. Ring Ab Roll-Out 4×8
B3. DB Incline Chest Fly 4×6

C1. KB Swing Finisher :30/:30 x12 Rounds
