Why I Got Totally Anxious (and how it relates to fitness)

A few weeks ago I was working on a new project for my clients that involved some website stuff. I had most of the work done, it was pretty easy, just loading up some videos and text.

Not too bad.
But then came a sticking point. I was trying to move the pages around, get some different headers and all kinds of techy stuff….
ZZZzzz
Okay wake up, I’ll stop talking about computers!
I sat there for a few minutes, getting completely overwhelmed and anxious. I was about to scrap the whole project because I was thinking, this is way too much for me and I’ll never get it done.
Then I realized, I don’t need to be doing this myself. I have the concept and the outline, I want to get someone who knows what they are doing to set this up for me.
I grabbed a tech guy on Fiverr to set this up for $10 and it took him literally less than 1 hour.
What’s my point?
Don’t stress yourself out trying to figure out what to do when it comes to training and weight loss.
Get someone that knows what they are doing to map it all out for you.
They can plan your workouts, guide you on what you should eat and relieve a lot of stress for you as long as you just follow the directions.
Our clients do that and I know for a fact that they all love that they can just come in, the workout is planned out and they don’t have to figure it out for themselves.
Except maybe when there is a Pyramid workout on the board, then they want to leave… 🙂
